Shipping policy

If a product is found damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact info@speedstudio.co.za within three days of receiving the product. If a product is found defective or damaged in transit, a refund will be granted, once approved and the original product is received by Speed Studio, at Speed Studios discretion. Select brand new, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. In these situations, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery. If the product was sold as "free shipping", Speed Studio will provide the customer with the actual shipping cost.
